PHODERA WARRANTY POLICY
At PHODERA, every product we make is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship. THE PHODERA Limited Lifetime Warranty is not transferable.
All products, Services, information, and other material is provided “AS IS” with no express or implied warranties. (We want to discuss this portion to meet your needs)
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
This warranty guarantees our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. PHODERA will repair or replace (at its option) to the original purchaser only, any product manufactured by PHODERA for the duration of their ownership. This warranty covers service, repair, and/or replacement of the PHODERA product damaged during normal use and conditions. PHODERA limited lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
PHODERA is not responsible for the misuse of its products. This warranty does not cover damage to the products and/or other firearms or products resulting in whole or in part from criminal, abusive, or negligent use, use by untrained individuals, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modifications, defective operation, improperly loaded, non-standard, non-SAAMI/NATO specification hand-loaded, or re-loaded ammunition, or neglect. Any repairs to the product made necessary by these factors are not covered by this warranty.
This expressed lifetime warranty is the only warranty on the product. This warranty does not cover additional taxes due to the BATFE if a suppressor is damaged beyond repair or if a part deemed non-replaceable by the BATFE is damaged beyond repair.
NOTE ON THREADS AND ALIGNMENT
PHODERA can only control the alignment of the suppressor to its threads. PHODERA cannot control the alignment of the muzzle threads to the bore if the work was done by anyone else. The warranty covers only defects in the suppressor. Improper installation or installation on a firearm with faulty or improper muzzle threads comprises improper use and related damages are not covered under the warranty.
RETURNS OR SERVICE under this warranty.
If you believe there is a manufacturer’s defect with your PHODERA product, simply contact PHODERA through any of our direct contact information listed below and discuss the issue with us directly PRIOR to any return. Before you return a product for warranty repair, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from a customer service representative.
Once the item is received, and it is determined to have a manufacturer’s defect, it will be repaired, replaced at PHODERA’s sole discretion. If you return an item for any reason that is not a factory fault, a repair estimate will be offered before proceeding.
If for any reason your suppressor is not eligible for repair or replacement, you may purchase a replacement suppressor for 50% off the MSRP for the same or similar suppressor.
Phodera does not assume any other additional express or implied warranties. The warranty policy does not apply, as stated, to modified, abused, neglected, or misused products outside the scope of their intended use. Phodera does not warrant or accept damages associated with operator error, host weapons, ammunition, or any other cause or event not specifically stated herein. Any or all of the stated non-covered circumstances can cause death or injury to the user or another third party. Phodera neither expressly nor impliedly accepts any such liabilities.
